This clip comes from an early 80s comedy musical superhero movie in the vein of Rocky Horror Picture Show, but the only Horror here is that this was once considered cool. Ok, it was cool to SOMEONE.
In case it isnt making a lot of sense to you, Captain Invincible was once an alcoholic, and it is from this that he is returning.
And yes, Mr Midnight, the badguy with his own backup dancers is Christopher Lee (Count Dooku – Star Wars) circa 1983. What a lovely voice.
Thats what more superhero villians need. Lingerie wearing backup dancers. And an alien.
