The movie that is getting the reboot that I’m sure someone, somewhere, really really wanted. The footage is brief but has TC assuring us that mummies are real. The movie has a pretty cool serious tone to everything and one can only hope that the folks behind the movie realized that the original films only worked so well because they didn’t take themselves completely seriously.
Oh, and Jor-El Russell Crowe makes an appearance too. For some reason.
Honestly, I don’t dislike what I’m seeing in these 15 seconds I just hope that they show more of that and some of what I want to see when additional footage is released. Namely, where’s Jonathan? Keith Allan would make for a very good Jonathan.
