Live Action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Webseries Online

There has been some buzzing that they are going to attempt to revitalize a live action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film but that news well seems to be dry lately. However the debate rages on whether CG has become seamless enough to have believable full digital CG heroes of the halfshell, or should we stick with the “man in suit” approach.

Well a new fan made Turtles webseries called Fight the Foot is trying to show us that they think a costumed actor could work.

Now I like that they don’t show as much of the Turtle (presumably Raphael as he is carrying a Sai- however the original Turtles all wore red eyebands) and I like the body proportions and presentation of the suit.

I hope to see more of these online to see if it maintains the same tone. Might even convince me that man-in-suit could work!

  1. hell of alot better than the original don’t get me wrong loved the original ones but this series could be a movie look a lot  better than that Tekken movie by a long shot

  2. look you guys need to get a life this was the best fan made video i have ever seen. save for the street fighter legacy trailer. give them a break they had to work on a budget. it was awesome

  3. COME ON PEOPLE!!! Grew up watching the First 3 live-action movies… and they were AWESOME. Yes they could defiantly be updated now. its 2011 MICHAEL BAY, make this Movie LIVE ACTION> >> PLEASE. CG is just too dam cartoony. You will atract the same crowd but if its a dark TMNT movies with in depth looks into each of the turtles lives and maybe make Ralph in a gang or somthin lol. IF its a DARK Live Action Movie, With a Hot April character and a GOOD PLOT W? more action… THIS LIVE ACTION MOVIE WILL ROCK THE SOCKS OFF MOVIE WATCHERS.

  4. i think this could work like more of a action based serious kinda movie i think. i just dnt think cg would be the same not for the turtles anyways the suit didnt look that bad to me hope to see more good effort.

  5. Well guess the spell is broken once it starts talking. The Mimiks just won’t work with the suit. CG is definitly the way to go for this franchise. Just look at Avatar – great motion-capture on the faces.

    1. I like this look better,cg would mess the turtle up and make them too cartoonish maybe some parts could be cg but the most part bring back the costumes
