Well Mission: Impossible IV has officially begun to snow ball with its newly casted lead actress Paula Patton. Paula has more Producer credits then acting credits but some of the films she has acted in are Just Wright, Precious, and Hitch.
It is well known that this Mission: Impossible will be a reboot of the series which I am feeling neutral about. Honestly, I could watch Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt until Mission Impossible: XX where the mission is impossible because Ethan walks with a walker and a oxygen tank. I am very excited to see Jeremy Renner in this film, also for the return of Simon Pegg and Ving Rhames.
What are your feelings on Paula Patton as the new Lead Actress? For me I haven’t seen much of her work as an actress so I can’t really have an opinion on it other then she is a pretty girl. Which as we know by Megan Fox a pretty girl doesn’t mean a good actress.
She is hot alright.
BTW she is also lead actress in Dejavu opposite Denzel, and in the movie musical w/ Outkast. She has better acting than Megan Fox for sure

Frankly, I don’t understand why they keep making them. Sure, it was a great series back in the day, but didn’t the last one bomb? I thought Tom Cruise lost some of his action figure status after the last Mission Impossible. Nothing against Cruise, I am still a fan, but I think for the movie to really be a hit, they have to create a great plot mixed in with fantastic special effects that do not quite make it to the ridiculous level.
I thought she was pretty good as the teacher in Precious. But I could care less about Mission Impossible. I didn’t like 2, didn’t watch 3…the first one is amazing and sometimes, 1 is enough.
