Props at Marvel Booth from ComicCon

At the Marvel booth at Comic Con a number of props and artifacts were set up around the display in heavily fortified and well presented glass cases. Check them out:

we finally get a look at Captain America’s shield.

While this is no great surprise, the thing this does reveal is that they are staying with the traditional round shield for the Last Avenger film, while purists thought we might see the classic Kite style triangular shield which gets upgraded to the frisbee version, the movie Cap will get this version right away.

Then we get a look at the Infinity Guantlet, which is just there as a prop in the Marvel booth, but including it alongside all this other movie stuff makes people wonder if we are going to get a peek at Thanos setting him up for a future Marvel film. Avengers 2 perhaps?

And lastly from the set of Thor, The Destroyer… I was going to say Armour, but I think thats what The Destroyer is. He doesn’t wear the armour, he IS the armour.

Some really neat stuff they showed off.

    1. I guess I can sort of see the Penance’s costume but to be correct you’d have to say Penance looks like Destroyer (Destroyer was around first).

  1. An infinity Gauntlet movie would be really cool. Though I think it would have to be scaled down. The cost would be insane just for the amount of actors they would have.

They also would most likely need to do a Dr. Strange movie since he plays a huge role. Having him appear out of no where to be a main character wouldn’t feel right.
