can’t wait for it to come out!!!
THis looks abolutely SWEET!! Visuals are great, the depiction of the era looks awesome and the male rivalry like we’ve seen him do it to perfection HEAT! Damn Mann’s back in his game!! Let’s hope the film’s half as good as the trailer looks…
Calling it Heat 2 was about right all the same great aspects are there! :D
The song toward the end of the trailer is “Ten Million Slaves” by Otis Taylor. His album ‘Respect for the Dead’ is a kick-ass contemporary blues album if you are into that type of thing, banjo-heavy, but I love it.
This is going to be THE date movie of the summer. My female friends are DYING to see this. Guys, wanna be a hero to your girl? Take her to this!
Chances of seeing this have increased dramatically. Anyone know the name of the song?
hell ya! this looks awesome!
Depp, Bale, and Crudup = Badass.
Cotillard = Hot.
This movie looks good. Looks even better than Miami Vice.
I wonder if they are going to take the story to Dillinger’s death or down the other road that his death was a cover-up by the FBI for killing the wrong guy. Supposedly that conspiracy theory has been claimed false; however, not saying this person’s family was making it up or not, but my sister had a friend who’s family claimed to be descendants of Dillinger and claimed he was not actually killed in front of the theater. They could be lying for all I know, but don’t know why they would as they do not go around advertising it or trying to make money off being descendants of him. Makes me wonder, though, did they get the right guy. Make the movie a little more interesting if they go that route.
Johnny Depp, Christian Bale, Marion Cotillard, and Michael Mann. This movie is gonna be badass!
The R rating promises GANGSTER VIOLENCE, what more could ya want?

Marion Cotillard looks out of place
The weird lighting style is a bit distracting
