TRIPLE FUCKING 9. Clearly the producers are taking a more subdued approach with the title of this movie as everything within this red-band trailer shows us the gritty violence that’s in store for us when we see this in theaters. I’m expecting the typical urban ‘neighbordhood gang vs police’ as far as plot but but the cast and crew along with this action packed trailer have me sold. Check it out:
TRIPLE 9 is an action-packed thriller starring Oscar®-nominees Woody Harrelson, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Kate Winslet and Casey Affleck, along with Aaron Paul, Gal Gadot and Anthony Mackie. Directed by John Hillcoat (“Lawless”).
I expect comparisons to ‘The Wire’, ‘New Jack City’, and more as we near release. Shit, I gotta watch this again! This trailer got the juices flowing.
