I checked. Double checked. Triple checked, yet I could NOT find anything wrong with this new Fantastic Four trailer. The fact that they threw out EVERYTHING about the prior films related to the Fantastic Four films is already makes this the best outing for the family foursome EVER. Then they release this trailer to fan the flames and good gosh, it sure is purrrrteeee. Check it out:

What’s not to like? I don’t mind the re-imagining of the origin. Do we really want to see them go into space and magic rays give them magic powers? nope. I like the new palpable approach and it makes the premise a little easier to ingest. Did you notice the eerie X-Men like tones? This movie sure is serious, which may alienate them from the traditional “First Family” of Marvel but I’m going to wait and see.
