See I did not have any GI:JOE toys as a kid, mostly He-Man’s and Transformers. There is no feeling of nostalgia or built-in knowledge about the franchise. To me its all “shiny face”, “ninja guy” and I leer every time they say Joe’s.
Normally I would have waited for Tony or one of the other guys to grab the email with the trailer but we are roughly an hour forty out from his usual Good morning/Good afternoon IM that I get each day. I couldn’t make you fine people wait for that and instead I bring you this badass looking trailer with Willis, The Rock, guns, explosions and one liners. Go.
