Costuming is a big part of the ubergeek fandom. Go to any convention and some of the best costumers are there showing off their craft. The most interesting costumes are often the ones you don’t expect. Evening Arwen, who is responsible for the Star Trek Corset, and now has this tasty offering.
“Evening Arwen” sounds like a new age band of hippie night evles, but even hippies know better than to tempt the ire of the formidable LucasFilm licensing empire. That’s why they’ve dubbed this Darth Vader corset ensemble a “Galactic Lord Corset Costume.” And have diligently avoided any mention of stars, wars, or Vaders.
The model is pretty staggering, and my only worry is that someone not suited for this body type would try and squish into it.
But with its hefty $600 price tag you might think that only people who REALLY want to be seen in this might buy it.
