Superman Returns Trailer in Front of Mission Impossible 3

I thought the Superman Returns teaser trailer was terrific (Although at the time that it first came out I was disappointed that much of the footage in the teaser was already viewable from different sources on the internet… AND we never even got a glimpse of Lex Luthor). But hearing the original Williams score and hearing Brando’s voice just gave me goose bumps.

Well now it’s time for the first full length Superman Returns trailer to hit the theaters!!! This Friday the trailer will run (a reported 2 minutes and 30 seconds) in front of Mission Impossible 3. I guess now we’ve got a reason to see it (As a side note, I hear Philip Seymour Hoffman’s character actually turns out to be the evil intergalactic overlord Xenu!!!!).

As an extra editorial, I just can’t believe how many people STILL don’t think Routh was the total and 100% pure right choice for Superman. He looks great in the trailer, Singer says he’s great, hell even original Superman director Donner says he does a fantastic job! What else do you people need to give this guy a shot?!?!
