I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell Redband Trailer Online

Tucker Max’s comedy is crude and typically involves him telling stories about sex, alcohol and breasts. So why not make it into a movie?

Check out the Redband Trailer of I Hope they Serve Beer in Hell:

If you like potty humour and “things to say to get your ass kicked in a bar” kind of attitude then this movie is going to make the milk come out of your nose.

It does appear to be at least one step above the “Meet the Spartans” and “Jackass the Movie” level of comedy, but a long step beneath the intelligent delivery of The Hangover. With more direct debachery.

But who knows. It looks fun in that inappropriate way. I’d give it a shot.

  1. Despite the fact that I was so offended by EVERYTHING in this book, I could not stop laughing!!!!! I read it in two days on the beach and my friends were cracking up because I was laughing out loud. They were begging me to read them the stories. Each story centers around this guy’s drunken escapades and sexual mishaps. You definately have to have a certain sense of humor to enjoy this.

  2. Movie looks lame. They need to adapt the book into a mini series and put it on HBO. Also, I think the choice of casting for Tucker himself is pretty bad. He doesn’t represent the character very well. Ohwell…

    1. I agree. The wisdom and poetry of Mr. Tucker Max can’t possibly be compressed into anything less than a 7 hour miniseries, or possibly leather bound encyclopedia.

I hope they put in the part where he gets drunk and acts rude.

  3. See, I love Tucker Max. Not that I condone any of what he does, but if half of his stories are true, he is a God amongst men. That said, this trailer makes the movie look sub par to the story that appeared in the book, because I can already tell that things have been changed.

I still have hope, but it’s waning fast.
