News is out today about the screening dates for Pirates 3. We get the scoop from comingsoon:
Walt Disney Pictures has confirmed that the first screenings for Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End will start at 8pm on Thursday, May 24.
With anticipation sky-high for the third “Pirates,” Disney could conceivably regain bragging rights for the top opening frame. Spider-Man 3 ($151 million) this weekend earned $15 million more than “Dead Man’s Chest” ($135.6 million) did last year its first weekend.
If any of you are lucky enought to see the screening of this film (cough cough Kristina) please send us your reviews! I have heard horrible reactions to the script and it will be interesting to see if the film pull magic out a maligned work of writ.
We will see if Canada gets any advanced screenings. From what Campea has posted today it looks like less and less love is being sent to the Great White North from Hollywood.
