THR is reporting that She’s Out Of My League star Alice Eve is currently in negotiations for the part. Initially a villain in the X-Men universe, the character has the ability to turn her skin into diamond and is telepathic. The character has previously appeared in the film series, played by Tahyna Tozzi in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. The role is the second comic book character that the actress has been up for in the last few months, originally on the shortlist to play Peggy Carter in next summer’s Captain America: The First Avenger, though the part eventually went to Hayley Atwell.
I still haven’t seen She’s Out Of My League. But from what I’ve heard/read she was actually good in it. Eve is gorgeous, so I have no problem with her becoming Emma Frost in the physical department. I’m still on the fence about the acting chops; but hey, for an X-Men movie, not much is needed apparently.

btw, alice eve doesn’t need any powers to beat her enemies in that outfit (of course, if the enemies were men). i vote for her to be emma frost.
First Class will be a prequel covering the relationship of Professor X and Magneto before they carried those names, the formation of the school and their first class of students.
how come they didn’t cast Tahyna Tozzi from the wolverine movie? She was hot. Dont mind seeing her again.
