New Green Hornet Trailer via NY Comic Con

As we all know this past weekend was the New York Comic Con. Don’t worry if you didn’t go, for the best part about Comic Cons is that you don’t necessarily have to attend to be apart of the fun. My favorite are the days that lie immediately after a comic con, for I am able to watch the sneak videos of films to come. Of course I am not promoting bootlegging these privately screened trailers/clips but I’ll still watch them Muahahahaha! Anyway take a look at this new Green Hornet Trailer, which just be aware there pretty much is no audio from the trailer. And I do believe it’s originally a trailer meant to be seen in 3-D, and some guy is talking about how he thinks what he’s filming is going to look good. But enjoy!

  1. Not feeling the vibe of this movie at all. Is this supposed to be a comedy action movie? It just looks corny. I think a more serious approach might have worked better for a character the general public may not be familiar with or remember. I remember the TV show but I don’t know too many people now who do.This movie is not on my list of must see flicks and may do 68 mil at box office.

  2. I’m going to give this a chance, and I’m quite excited about it. Seth Rogen wouldn’t have been my first choice to cast as the Green Hornet either, but I have enjoyed him in most roles I’ve seen him in. I also grew up on the original 60s Hornet series. I see this movie as putting two things I like together, and I’m hoping it’ll deliver the goods. At the very least, this movie looks like good fun.

  3. Thanks for the post Dan.

The studio can delay this release and change the hole marketing over and over, but i just still dont buy Seth Rogen as a hero, and i think that this movie is going to suck big time, and not for the action (which looks cool), the gadgets, the explosions or anything like that,is just that i can find the “soul” of Green Hornet nowhere.

To me this movie is about a Dumb and Rich fat guy in a green costume doing stupid things, and then being saved by his marvelous martial artist sidekick… in three dimensions.

    “The Green Miscast”

what´s next? Jack Black as “The Six Million Dollar Man”?
