New Batman V Superman Pictures

Some new Batman V Superman pictures have dropped, and I wanted to share my two-cents about them.

The first one is already the one we have seen, but it still looks badass. Everything works in this picture: the rain, the Batsignal, Batman flipping armor; Ben Affleck staring at Superman with the same intensity he gave Jennifer Garner, when she handed him the divorce papers – its just perfect, through and through. If worst comes to worst and the movie stinks, at the very least Zach Snyder will be delivering great visuals.

The next one is Lex Luther in his 80s indoor basketball court. The aesthetics of this was just stupid. It does not add anything to the movie. He does not look menacing at all. If Lex anything he looks pretty friendly. I really do not like this incarnation of Lex Luther, and I fear I never will. The Lex, I know and love, would fund a terrorist group to shoot missiles at a third world orphanage just because it would piss Superman off. This one makes corny jokes like the red capes are coming … I really do not know how they concluded this from that.

Lastly, but not least is Superman standing in a burned building which is most likely caused by him. On one hand, it looks nice. But, on the other hand, I do not care about Superman having a pity party. I guess, we will have to wait until it comes out.
