Joss Whedon always manages to impress me. His latest little pet project is a musical that will be shown in three parts online.
WhedonAlums Nathan Fillion and Felicia Day star opposite Neil Patrick Harris in this silly story about a low rent villain (NPH) trying to impress a girl (Felicia Day).
Until today I didn’t even know what this “movie” was supposed to be about. I had heard the title Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog and that didn’t exactly help much. But it looks oddly fun. Must be the NPH.
Check out the trailer here:
The true evil in this film is that it was written by Joss and his brothers DURING the writers strike. I hear they also like to run with scissors.
This is just a tasty slice of silly that I can’t wait to see.
OMFG! I just watched acts 1 and 2 via iTunes. It’s awesome! NPH singing evil songs is incredible!
Which is why I put “movie” in quotes in the article.
Its still awesome.
Heya… Just so you know, this is for a web series, not a film… still looks beyond bangin though…
ya i have to agree with forest….hollywood better jump on fillion cause wether they like it or not the fanbois and internet peeps had allready made him the new bruce campbell about 3 years ago….ya im down to watch t his….NPH is the coolest guy around no matter his sexuallity and even though im not as hyoed about fillion as others…he knows how to do the hero schtick very well so thats +
Nathan Fillion is the new Bruce Campbell! I Love the Looks of this! Joss Whedon does not let a man down.

i really like the looks of this.
This is something I’ll keep my eye on, it looked a little low rent, but with three artists that I’ve mostly always liked I’ll be interested to see how it shapes up.
Man, that looks great!!
I’m SO looking forward to this. I love the cast!
You said it John!
