Hot Fuzz Trailer

Hot-Fuzz-trailerThe new Hot Fuzz trailer has hit the web, and damn it’s slick. The movie comes to us from the amazing team that brought us the massively underrated and under viewed “Shaun Of The Dead“. Director Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and even Bill Nighy (Davey Jones in Pirates of the Carribean 2) for good measure. Here’s a quick synopsis:

Top London cop, Police Constable Nicholas Angel, finds himself reassigned to the sleepy West Country village of Sandford. With garden fetes and neighbourhood watch meetings replacing the action of the city, Angel struggles to adapt to his situation and finds himself partnered with Danny Butterman, an oafish but well meaning young Constable. Just as all seems lost, a series of grisly accidents motivates Angel into action. Convinced of foul play, Angel realises that Sandford may not be as idyllic as it seems.

And for goodness sake people, if you haven’t seen Shaun of the Dead yet, go out and rent it today. Go go go.

  1. Shaun of the Dead underrated?! Are you serious? I don’t think I know any one who’s seen it and doesn’t love it, nor can I recall reading a single negative review.

  2. SPACED ….GOOD FLICK….SOTD…GOOD FLICK…..AND HOT FUZZ….MOST LIKELY GOOD….LOVED WATCHING THE SHORT CUT PART….AS BORAT WOULD SAY “NIIIICCCCCCCCCCCCEEEEE”

  3. If you watch Spaced you get a better sense of where all the humor comes from for SotD and Hot Fuzz…most of the jokes originated there…for those of us in Region 1 we can’t get the dvd’s becuase of copy right issues, but if you have a region free player or you know a good torrent site you can get them toot sweet…in my opinion it is the greatest show ever.nobullshit

  4. Krawling at ya–

DAMN!!!! that looks so f-ing sweet, man i really need to see this now.
“your to good for us so get the hell of the force” man hey r brutal.it look funny as hell and just maybe this movie will do some great biz,i mean simon pegg , that insane, but it works, love it, i’m going to stand in line right now,,,

    ..just a thought.

    The Krawler–>
(somimes a NO means a NO…my prison guard told me that)

  5. When I heard the premise I was worried that Simon Pegg couldnt pull off super-badass given his everyday man persona in SotD, but this trailer really reverses my opinion. And the poster is just a perfect send up of bad-ass cop movies like Bad Boys and Miami Vice.
