Hellboy 2 Trailer
The very first Hellboy 2 trailer has gone online, and holy crap it’s everything I was hoping it would be. I loved the first Hellboy movie… it was very unilke many of the other Superhero genre films out there right now, but it hit every note beautifully. It wasn’t a PERFECT movie, but I really got a kick out of it and have been dying for another one.
Now this Hellboy 2 trailer comes at us, and man it looks to be even better than the first one. I love the main villain already (a key to any really good action movie). Check it out… the Hellboy 2 trailer. Leave your thoughts in the comments section below.

lol, Does look verry good, I really like the big monster at the end kindda reminds me of an old horro film like the giant octopus, Good stuff alot of neat movies to see at the pictures next year lol! “Now you pissed me off” LOL!

Holy crap, that looks awesome. The Dark Night and Iron Man will be getting there asses kicked by this thing (not money wise, sadly).
This looks AWESOME!!! I’m insanely excited for this! John, Transformers was your coveted movie this year – Hellboy is mine next year! As insanely excited as I am for Dark Knight and Iron Man, Hellboy is my favorite comic book character ever and this has just topped my list. Guillermo has done it – he’s pulled off something that looks just incredible AND could be better than the first movie! So frickin’ awesome…!
This looks like alot of fun, just as the first one was.
But it doesn’t stand an ice cubes chance in hell against The Dark Knight, neither does Iron Man for that matter.

This is one of the best trailers i have seen for a long time. The first film was good fun, but this seems to be expanding upon that to make a film that is both a fun time at the cinema and also a really well made film. I have high hopes for this. Guillermo del Toro is so cool!

Sadly, you’re right. If they don’t move their date, they are gonna get slaughtered by Dark Knight. It opens one week after this, and the second weekend dropoff is going to be MASSIVE when Dark Knight takes away their audience.
And is that a baby HB is carrying in the blue blanket at the end? Aww crap! The last thing superhero movies need are anooying kids, no matter how little they are!

I really wish i loved Hellboy the same way a lot of you do but i just don’t. This looks very nice and i’ll check it out but i’m not drooling at this trailer. It just looks the same as the first film to me.
Damn this looks like SO much fun. I really liked the first one, but this one looks like it’s definitely going to top it. It’s going to be a long winter….lol.
Yeah seems kinda of busy to me. Hope there’s some sort of story to go with it.

The first Hellboy had it’s issues (Abe Sabien is a total wuss, predictable story), but Del Toro’s got the budget now. I think he can up the ante (despite how obvious the CG is in that trailer, and how horrid that music is in the final half of it).
I liked the first Hellboy but it looks like they are kickin it up a notch or two in this one. Still doesn’t come close to my excitement after watching the Dark Knight trailer tho.
Sorry, Hellboy 1 was not good for us non-fanboys. This one looks much more promising.

Pure sweetness. I really enjoyed the first movie and I’m 100% sure I’m going to enjoy this as well. It’s nice that not everything is CG rendered. :)

This summer you’ll have your ’super hero’ fix “Sergio Leone style” with the GOOD (The Dark Knight) the BAD (bad like BAD ass!! Hellboy II: Golden Army) and the UGLY (either Iron Man or the Incredible Hulk… don’t know with Spiderman 3, Ghost Rider and FF2 last summer, I lost all faith in things ‘MARVEL’)
but it’ll be special, i can feel it!
One of the best trailers I’ve ever seen… The first movie was excellent so I don’t know what to say about the second… What’s a better word than excellent? Perfect… The music kept the action going within the trailer… Anyone got the name of it? If anyone knows, could you please post it? Thanx

Holy crap! That was one of the best trailers I’ve seen in a long damn time. This thing is going to be perfect for a summer 2008 release. I had my doughts it wasn’t the right film to be considered a summer block buster with it’s July release date, but forget that shit.
The villain just rules, hes far from a pansy elf push over. Looks like he’ll have some memorable one liners and able to put up one hell of a fight for ol’ big red. This just might turn out to be the king of all action, comic book, and popcorn movies thus far. GOD I CAN’T WAIT!!!

RE: FURIOUS654: The name of the song at the end is Mein Herz Brennt by Rammstein. Appropriate because in German that means “My Heart Burns” awesome. Hellboy was one of my favorite “comic book” movies ever. I can’t wait for this one at all. Fuck Dark Knight. Superman forever!

WOW THAT LOOKS GREAT! i loved the 1st one and this is gonna b awsome but..cmon, im not saying that its gonna b better or worse then the dark knight but, im still watching the batman movie and im probably gonna lik it. stop saying that the dark knights gonna suck just cuz this movie looks awsome- to ME this looks better then batman so far but u cant start saying “fuck dark knight!” yet. this is arguably the best movie dark horse has ever come out with but i am AS EXITED to see this as i am to seeing the dark knight and iron man and the incredible hulk.

YEAH, HB2 looks good, but did you happen to see the terrible job they did on Johann Krauss? he looks like something from The Day The Earth Stood Still (which was the point i guess) but still, its not the Johann i love from the comics.
Also, even though Annung Un Ramma is one of my Favorite comic charecters of all TIME!!! this movie will be nowhere NEAR what Dark Knight promises to deliver.

This looks great. I thought the first hellboy movie was great, much better then dark night, or any other super hero type movie. This looks better then the new super hero type movies coming out as well. The joker in the new dark night movie looks rather boring, only time will tell.

the rammstien music does it for me in the trailer, there’s alot of talk about the movie clashing with dark knight but who cares, im watching both however for me hellboy 2 looks better from a trailer point of view.

the fact that they used ramstine was awesome. the CG was ovbious, but now a days, come on what CG isn’t when you’re looking for it? I figure that it doesn’t matter when they release it. If it turns out good, HB fans will see it. If it turns out great, HB fans and others will see it. Why not see HellBoy2, Dark Night, AND Iron Man, just for fun?

I just saw the trailer for this a few days ago when I went to watch Get Smart. Everything looked good and then I heard Mein Herz Brennt. My eyes about popped out of their sockets. I turned to a friend beside me and I asked them if they knew the band playing the song. They said no. I told them it was Rammstein and was like “hell yeah.”
For me, it was great – because unlike a lot of these people who asked “what the name of the song was,” I knew exactly, as I listen to Rammstein frequently. A great band.
Anyway, I’m going to have to see both Hellboy 2 and Dark Knight. Each of their trailers appealed to me, even though I’m not usually into the superhero movies such as these.
Still doesn’t beat the first HB music choice. 2 songs from Dimmu was the major thing I thought was awesome about the trailer, lol, sadly enough, the music wasn’t in the actual movie, though it would have been an excellent addition. Maybe they’ll work in MHB into the movie, hah *vision* Rammstein-FightScene-RandomHotChick*end vision*
