Hey there guys. Well, it’s finally here. Tonight we have the first official screening and official DVD launch of my little documentary “Prince of Peace – God of War“. It’s been 19 months since I first announced that I was doing this little project… a project that in my naivety I thought I would have done by October of 2006… HA! Well here we are… in November of 2007 and we’re finally putting this thing out.

The process has been an amazing one, and its also been an insane learning experience for me. This was the first time I’ve ever attempted something like this… and except for the remarkable Jay Cheel who cut the first edit of the film, I pretty much did it alone (I’ll never do that again).

Overall I’m very proud of this little project and I think those who watch it will walk away with a lot to think about. I don’t know if I’ll ever do another one again… this was a lot harder than I thought it would be. :)

So if you live within driving distance of Toronto/Hamilton/Oakville, I’d love it if you’d join us tonight

Date:
Friday, November 23, 2007
Time:
7:30pm – 10:00pm
Location:
The Meeting House
2700 Bristol Circle
Oakville, ON

And if you can’t join us tonight, you can order your copy of the DVD here.

The wait is finally over and now that we’ve built this thing up sooo much for soo long, no matter how good it is it will never match the hype.
Seriously, congrads and good luck, I’ll be stairing at my mailbox from now until whenever my pre-ordered copy arrives.
p.s. tell Bruxy his book was wonderful, I finally finished it last night and already have two or three people wanting to read it.

  3. Phil Gee says:

I’ll pay a high price for tickets to T-Dog’s premiere.

Dude, I so wish I could come see this. Me and SoulVideo were talking about this movie on Xbox Live the other night and he said it was great!

I’ll have to get a copy, because I have to ask you a couple of questions about the topics you raised in the documentary.
