The very erie and slinky vogue model Gemma Ward will be joining the cast of Pirares of the Caribbean as another mermaid.
Back in April actress Astrid Berges-Fisbe was hired to play a half-woman, half-fish in the film and now they’ve hired another one.
The Courier says Australian model turned actress Gemma Ward has now also been hired to get fishy for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.
I didn’t suspect that they would have a solitary Mermaid in the film, so its not a surprise that they are hiring more eyecandy to join her school.
Gemma hasn’t had much of a big screen presence, but she has a haunting beauty that I might suspect for a mermaid in this franchise.
I look forward to seeing who else they cast with less than a month to go before filming.
