Youngblood #100 Heads Back to Press
The momentum behind the Youngblood #100 milestone issue shows no signs of slowing down. Image Comics has confirmed that the book has sold out at the distributor level once again, prompting the publisher to fast-track a third printing to keep up with persistent demand.
This latest reprint will feature two new collectible covers. Cover A highlights a crossover of various Image characters, including Lona from Daniel Warren Johnson’s Do A Powerbomb, The Broken Man from Assorted Crisis Events, and Rob Liefeld’s own Avengelyne and Heirborne. Cover B celebrates the Massive-Verse, featuring characters from titles such as Inferno Girl Red, Radiant Black, The Dead Lucky, and Rogue Sun.
Continued Success for the Summer of Youngblood
The ongoing success of this issue is part of Liefeld’s broader Summer of Youngblood, a season-long initiative celebrating the franchise that helped launch the Image Revolution. For fans and collectors, the repeated sell-outs demonstrate that interest in the classic property remains high as it continues to expand its reach.
Liefeld expressed his appreciation for the continued support, noting that the opportunity to release additional editions is a rewarding experience. He also highlighted the collaborative nature of the new covers, specifically thanking the creators involved in the Massive-Verse crossover.
The third printing of Youngblood #100 is scheduled to arrive in comic book shops on Wednesday, August 5. The issue will also be available through various digital platforms, including Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, and Google Play.
