Amazon MGM Studios has confirmed that Spaceballs: The New One will take center stage at San Diego Comic-Con with a special presentation in Hall H on Friday, July 24, at 4:00 p.m. The event will feature members of the cast and the film’s creative team.
The announcement arrives alongside a new teaser poster for the upcoming project. Directed by Josh Greenbaum, the film serves as a follow-up to the 1987 cult classic. The story picks up forty years after the original, introducing a new generation of characters while bringing back familiar faces from the franchise.

With Lone Starr in hiding and Queen Vespa on the throne, the responsibility falls to Vespa’s son, Prince Starburst, and a mysterious advisor named Destiny to save the day.
