Apple TV Heads to Hall H
Apple TV is set to make its debut in the iconic Hall H at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. The streamer announced a major panel scheduled for Saturday, July 25, at 2:00 PM, where it will showcase a variety of its original films and series.
The presentation will feature appearances from the casts and filmmakers behind several high-profile projects, including Matchbox The Movie, Dark Matter, Mayday, Silo, and the Emmy-nominated series Widow’s Bay. Josh Horowitz, host of the Happy, Sad, Confused podcast, is slated to moderate the discussions.
Star-Studded Lineup and Fan Experiences
The panel will include a roster of talent such as John Cena, Jessica Biel, Joel Edgerton, Jennifer Connelly, Rebecca Ferguson, and Common. Beyond the main stage, Apple TV is offering additional fan activities throughout the weekend.
Attendees can participate in a special sneak preview screening of the first episode of the new season of Dark Matter on Friday, July 24. Additionally, the streamer is hosting an immersive, multi-sensory installation for the series Silo at The Lot at 1st and J, which will be open to the public from Friday through Sunday.
Why This Matters
This Hall H appearance marks a significant milestone for Apple TV as it continues to expand its presence at major industry events. By bringing both established hits and highly anticipated upcoming films like Matchbox The Movie to the convention’s largest stage, the streamer is clearly looking to build momentum with core genre fans. The inclusion of an immersive fan experience further signals a commitment to deepening engagement with its most popular series.
San Diego Comic-Con International runs from Thursday, July 23, through Sunday, July 26, 2026.
