International Knight and Day Trailer Online

A new Knight and Day trailer is online, and this International version makes the movie look better.

I have to say I am more encouraged to see this now. I kind of liked it on the first trailer, but this one looks even better. I was a little distracted by Diaz suddenly becoming a fearless spy – but that could have been a dream sequence, or maybe there is a reason he is picking up this completely normal girl (she is a sleeper spy with hidden spy abilities?). It might have given away a bit there.

And Cruise is snarky sarcastic and I just love his wit in this.

  1. Cruise just looks like a smartmouthed jerk (big stretch for him I know). Just from the trailer I get the feeling he’s playing an unsympathetic character. Marc Blucas’s “Rodney” is more compelling.

      1. No, by CGI I am sure he meant the effects.

Twisting his words to try and make him agree with you is a shallow tactic and is completely ineffective.

Cruise looks great in this, and good guy or bad he is bringing his career away from the bad press. Diaz just looks like Diaz always does. She has potential, she’s just happy not to tap into it.

  2. Diaz must have done some “face work” , cause for awhile there she looked like Jack Nicholson’s Joker!

looks fun in a generic kinda way.

Kucher’s film seems simular in tone though.

    just sayin’

    1. OMG! I can totally see that what you mean! “Mr. Knight… You… are my number one… *weeze*… guy.”

In other news, this movie looks like a turd. At this point in his career, Cruise should not be playing an arrogant prick. I see none of the charisma that used to make him a top star.

  3. This movie will be all types of AWESOME. Tom cruise an Cameron Diaz re-teaming. Also i always like the type of characters who have fun while having their life in danger, even though your LIFE is in DANGER. An Tom is just too cool as this character, especially the part where he tells Rodney he shot him thru an thru no bone it’s all good.

  4. I must say it’s quite refreshing seeing Tom Cruise in this trailer. He’s got good comedic timing with these sort of roles. On the other hand I wish they had casted someone other then Cameron Diaz, personally when seeing her it brings back bad memories of her and her awful accent in “The Box.”
