I have been excited about this film for some time now. Spike Jonze is a perfect fit for this monster filled imagination land, and I am anxious to see his work. These pictures are fantastic! They tease us with revealing just enough, but courteous enough to not give away too much. The fuzzy dudes look amazing, I want one of those suits. My interest is piqued and the film has moved further into my radar.

The Wild Things teaser pics look great! I read that they’re shooting it with full ‘Henson-style’ creature suits…but without fully-animatronic heads. Those are gonna be CGI!

True. I just hope the movie does the book justice. My love of reading can be credited directly to this book. My parents read it to me ALL the time when I was little.
Judging by the pics alone, looks like it could be a pretty good book to film adaptation. Only time will tell.
ya i agree with kristina ….there are just some books that we read or got read to when we where kids…..i got to say those pictures look dead on for what i want to be in this picture. bishop you make me want to go buy the book so i can just have it near me lol.

I like how they show the Wild Things, without giving away too much. I don’t know how good the movie will be, but I guess we will see.
Kristina, on the bright side, no matter how badly they screw it up (but Spike Jonze is a pretty talented cat), there will always be the book and the beautiful, unique creatures drawn there. The book will always be the book, and always hold that special place in many of hearts.
This book is a huge part of my childhood. I really hope they don’t mess it up.
