The Movie Blog: Audio Edition

Hey there boys and girls, John here. We’re about to try something new here at The Movie Blog. Tonight we’ll be recording our first installment of “The Movie Blog: Audio Edition“. It’s going to be a round table discussion format talking about the big stories on The Movie Blog during that week. We’ll also be mentioning good comments posted, and taking emails as well. It’ll run about 10-20 minutes in length (I think) and I’ll have different people on with me (and a regular or two).

So, if you’ve got anything in particular you’d like to hear us discuss, or if you have any questions or comments you’d like us to read “on air”, drop me a line. And hey, if you’ve got any suggestions let me know… because my intellect is quite limited. Some of the issues we’ll be discussing tonight are:

– The Casting of the new Superman (and how Tom Welling isn’t it)
– Star Wars Speculation
– Ticket Prices
– Alexander and the gay scene controversy
– Other stuff that pops into our heads.

So there you have it. The first installment of the Audio Edition should be online in the next 2 or 3 days. Keep an eye open for it and PLEASE send me your feedback, good or bad. Cheers.

  1. OK, talking about Darren Aronofsky, could you discuss, what to expect from his future movie “Fountain”? Damn, I’m interested, but still can’t clearly make my mind about the project.

Anyway, cool idea! I’m in ;-)

  2. Nice! Can’t wait for it. I won’t add any suggested topics because I’d be surprised if you get through the ones already listed in only 20 minutes, as it is… :-)

  3. Well! I would be pleased if you drop anything about the cast of “Watchmen”, by Darren Aronofsky. A third of mine says it could rock. The two other thirds says Alan Moore and cinema should not be merged. Nice if u talk about it!
