ONCE UPON A TIME IN VENICE:

Fittingly the same week John Wick 2 comes out on Blu-ray and DVD, Once Upon a Time in Venice hits movie theaters and VOD. Why am I referencing this? Well, this film is a basically a comedy version of John Wick. If you were to blend Keanu (not Reeves, but the movie) and John Wick then you would get Once Upon a Time in Venice. That’s definitely not a bad thing. The film boasts a stellar cast that’s lead by Bruce Willis, but includes John Goodman, Jason Mamoa, Thomas Middleditch and Famke Jannsen. Mamoa plays a Mexican drug dealer and it’s the complete opposite against type kinda role, far removal from Aquaman. This movie was fun with a solid action plot to follow. An under-the-radar entertaining movie with a very good cast. Definitely worth a look this week.
