Virgin on Bourbon Street

We have a new Rob Schneider film to announce today. It’s called Virgin on Bourbon Street, and we get the news about this project thanks to the professionals at variety:
Rob Schneider, Jenna Dewan (“Step Up”) and Brianne Davis (“Jarhead”) star in sex comedy “Virgin on Bourbon Street,” which starts lensing this week in Detroit.
Pic, sold at the American Film Market by Echo Bridge Entertainment, sees a night of debauchery threaten the university career of a sexually abstinent woman student. It is directed by “The Wedding Date” helmer Clare Kilner.
If there was anyone that would be able to make love to a virgin after 90 minutes of coaxing – it would be Rob Schneider. This is the sort of project that will best use his talents, I think Schneider trying to do children’s films is a flat out mistake. He needs to get ridiculous, and virgins need to be tapped by his supple hands.
I cannot say I am a huge fan of Rob Schneider, but I haven’t hated everything he has done. He was great as an ensemble player on SNL; I hope that one day we will see a film that captures the same power of his best days under Lorne.

its easy to hate Schneider but we need him. The same way that we need evil for good to exist. Wwe need Schneider to exist so we can have Daniel Day Lewis.

Normally, I would trash on Schneider. But if Adam Sandler is AWOL this time around, there might be a glimmer of hope.
I can not imagine who would still go see a Rob Schneider movie. Maybe he is a cinema god in france or something.
