It looks like the A-Team will be upon is in 2009, we get the following news from the professionals at Variety:
Twentieth Century Fox has skedded John Singleton’s film version of 1980s TV series “The A-Team” for release on June 12, 2009. Singleton will direct the action-adventure from a script by writing partners Michael Brandt and Derek Haas (”Wanted,” “3:10 to Yuma”).
Well good gracious! With a release date announced, I am guessing that we should soon expect some casting news to follow. I am excited about the idea of an A-Team film, but the casting is going to be key. For years now we have mulled about the different casting possibilities and it will be interesting to see if any of our dream picks get selected. We should start an A-Team pool right here, right now. Post the 4 people you think will get hired for the job, and the winner will have eternal bragging rights and the respect of your peers. I will also throw in a Jumbo bag of cool ranch Doritos.

I can see doug is expecting this to be R rated.
Unfortunatley it won’t be. They will shoot it as an R rated movie but i am sure fox will turn it into PG-13 by dubbing most of the foul language.
They did that to Die Hard 4 and later released a dvd in which they put back all the foul dialogues and digitally added blood.
