Around these parts Bruce Campbell is a legendary man. The trailer for his upcoming film My Name Is Bruce has just been released. Thanks to Filmjunk for the heads up!
I am pumped to see this kids – I will not lie. This is a celebration of Bruce, a full on Bruce convention in movie form. Fighting the Chinese god of war and protector of the dead is a tall order, and a delightful choice for a villain. I love the look of the war god and memories of Big Trouble In Little China are flooding to memory. Chinese devil gods need way more press.
I am guessing that most of you will be pleased at the arrival of this trailer, and I would love to hear your thoughts!

Bruce is the shit! I cannot wait.
I saw a rough version (no music or special effects) of this movie about a year ago in Ashland OR for a small film festival. Bruce was there to do a question and answer (he lives like 15 minutes away in Jacksonville) and it was total gold. Those of you who haven’t seen it yet are in for a treat!
