Scott is currently attached to several high-profile projects, including a Treasure Island adaptation starring Hugh Jackman, a World War I drama, a Bee Gees biopic, and a potential third installment in the Gladiator series. The 2024 film Alien: Romulus, directed by Fede Alvarez, proved to be a major success, earning $350 million worldwide and garnering positive reviews. With a sequel to Romulus already in active development, the franchise is currently moving in multiple directions simultaneously.
