John Carter is coming out this year with mild excitement for the flick. Not sure why, but it could just be bad marketing. Either way this film is on its way and Disney is spreading around a new poster for the international markets.

I don’t know how I feel about this. He looks like he’s on Tatooine but that’s supposed to be Mars! I’m on the fence with this one. It’s not exceptional, but it’s not terrible either. Let me know what you guys think cus I think that little spud on the right looks like Jabba The Hutt’s offspring and he’s distracting my judgment.

I’m kinda in two minds about this movie. Actually, about even the idea that this movie was made in the first place, no matter movie good or bad. I’ve only just recently read the book for the first time, and found myself quite surprised by how not great it was. Most of Edgar Rice Burroughs’ other stuff was better. So, I’m kinda surprised that this got picked to be made into a movie. But, then again, Burroughs worst is a lot better than most of the wanna be dross out there.
