So with all the griping about too many humans in the Transformers movie, and now even MORE grousing over the casting news of more and more actors we get hints of some good news.
The Robots will outnumber the people.
Screenwriter Roberto Orci has made a interesting post on Don Murphy’s message board about Transformers 2 that reads:
I’d love and think we could almost barely manage ten on each side, with some front and center and others as more supporting.
This is just speculation based entirely on the passing statement on a message board, but it comes from a good source, so people are running with it.
Would you rather see a movie more focused on 5 Robots a side, or would you prefer to simply see more and more robots?
Rumour has it that Jazz will return (why not? They can rebuild him) The question is, do the Constructicons count as 5… or one?

Threre are so many ways they can make the transformers movies go . Plenty of other robots they can include and story lines. But they didn’t a half bad job this time around compared to the old cartoon version where Optimus Prime swears sorta. Watching him swear was kinda funny back then after watching all the cartoons as a kid and hearing him utter a bad word. But there should be no reason why any of the robots cannot be repaired and come back . But I hope they have more robots for one reason bigger battle scenes . Cant wait to see this one come out.
God i hope this is better than the first….and more robots is always a plus, but this IS michael bay soooo its gonna be a bad idea….
Five on each side is good. Too many, and we start having Batman and Robin issues – too much crap going moving around on screen.

And even if they are it will be names alone, it wont be as dinos… they will be cars so people will hate it.
As long as more than two transformers get a decent amount of screentime this time around.
I still hold the idea that much of the movie will be based on Cybertron, and that’s the reason we’ll see so many robots. I highly doubt it’ll be 20 robots fighting on screen at the same time, simply for math/finance reasons. Isn’t it something preposterous like $1 million per minute of footage for CGI effects with just one of the robots? Imagine if there’s a massive fight scene with all of them going at the same time. I just don’t see it happening.
It’ll definitely be interesting to see who they bring on, as I’m really hoping there’s some UIltra Magnus.

This is gonna make character interaction between robots really hard. Too many robots having to share screen time might have an Indy 4 effect…and that ain’t good.
However, more than 20 robots could make for fantastic action sequences so…it all depends on how they handle it.
I don’t know about the Constructicons but the Dinobots don’t count as one surely. They deserve more respect than that.
My question is will you be able to even tell what the fuck the robots look like since gay ass Bay’s directing of the action is so shity. Will he actually pull the camera back so we can see what indecipherable robot characters are fighting against each other or will it just be whizzing gears and motors with little bits for lame ass flame colored paint flying past the screen so fast you can’t tell what is going on. I know, it won’t matter cause everybody loves robot peeing jokes and teenage masturbation jokes. The only reason to see Trans 2 is for some sexy Megan Fox footage. Her bending over the car was the best part of Trans 1. People who like transformers the movie are like the retards who like 90’s X-men comics.
In the deleted scenes from the first one I saw a quick glimpse of Grimlock one of the dino bots… but it was quick, so I hope they aren’t doing cameos… guess we’ll have to wait and see… The other thing I’m worried about is that they will add too many characters and botch the story… but so far I’m still excited
I hope it’s not more transformers in TF2 like there were more mutants in X3. You can’t just add generic un-named transformer goons into the movie when the fan base know just about every transformer by name and expect them to react to the surplus of robots positively.
My question is that if the constructicons are in the movie and they combine into one, what do they call him? Abviously Devastator has already been used. Autobots: Prowl, Brawn, Sunstreaker, Skyfire, and Omega Supreme to fight the constructicons aka (Devastator). Decepticons: Constructicons, Ravage, Soundwave, Astrotrain, Thundercracker for some good dialog with Starscream. PLEASE no Superion, he always seemed like a puss. And wait until the third film to introduce the Dinobots. And If they kill off Optimus Prime like in the animated movie I’m going to be pissed.
