Amazon MGM Studios has confirmed the addition of eight new cast members to the upcoming fourth season of the hit Prime Video series, “Reacher.” Based on the 13th book in Lee Child’s global best-selling Jack Reacher novel series, “Gone Tomorrow,” the new season promises to be just as action-packed and thrilling as its predecessors.
The new cast members joining lead star Alan Ritchson, who reprises his role as the titular character, include Indonesian superstar Agnez Mo, known for her roles in “Pernikahan Dini” and “The Hospital,” as Lila Hoth; Jay Baruchel, known for his work in “FUBAR” and “This is the End,” as Jacob Merrick; Sydelle Noel, who appeared in “Black Panther,” as Tamara Green; Anggun, known for her music career, as Amisha Hoth; Kevin Weisman, who has worked on “Marvel’s Runaways,” as Russell Plum; Marc Blucas, known for “My Life with the Walter Boys,” as John Samson; Kevin Corrigan, who has appeared in “Poker Face,” as Detective Docherty; and Kathleen Robertson, known for “The Expanse,” as Elsbeth Samson.
The fourth season of “Reacher” is set to begin production this Sunday, and fans of the series are eagerly anticipating the next installment. The show, which has become a global phenomenon, follows the story of Jack Reacher, a former military police officer who finds himself in the midst of complex and deadly games that pit him against ruthless foes from the highest echelons of power.
According to the show’s synopsis, the new season will see Reacher drawn into a complex and deadly game after a chance encounter with a distraught stranger on a train goes horribly wrong. As he navigates this treacherous world, Reacher must confront his own demons and face off against his enemies in a battle for survival.
The show is written and executive produced by Nick Santora, and in addition to starring, Alan Ritchson is also executive producing alongside Lee Child, Don Granger, Scott Sullivan, Mick Betancourt, Lisa Kussner, Sam Hill, Amy Pocha, and Seth Cohen. The series is a collaboration between Amazon MGM Studios, Skydance Television, and Paramount Television Studios.
