This new TV spot for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 promises to be the opposite of Mockingjay part 1 which had trouble maintaining my interest from beginning to end. The last movie did see the characters left in some precarious situations with Peeta seemingly brainwashed and infatuated with the idea of killing heroine Katniss. Aside from that development, there wasn’t much ‘meat’ to that meal leaving me pretty hungry for something more satisfying.

See, that’s what a film like this needs. After the visceral action of the first two films I’d like to see the momentum carried through the end to a satisfying conclusion. I’m looking forward to checking out this movie this weekend and these images are almost promising to live up to those expectations.
