I like these movies and I like this poster as they managed to even include Simon Pegg back there. It’s not the most imaginative poster but it certainly serves its purpose.
My excitement for this movie doubled as it had recently been discovered that they’ll be showing about 10 mins of the Dark Knight Rises right before the movie on select 70mm IMAX screens. Guess these means I got a date in Manhattan!
Say what you want about Tom Cruise but Seeing him on the Imax while dangling from the Burj Khalifa in Dubai while remembering that the lunatic is crazy enough to do his own stunts in these movies is worth the price of admission alone, but when you include Batman it’s guaranteed way to attract my attention, participation, and have me gladly exchange money for the honor to witness the event. Well, maybe not gladly but I’ll do it.
