Think that’s a exo-skeleton, maybe he’s a futuristic construction worker or something along those lines. Looks like he’s sporting some tattoos on his right forearm and arm as well.

taking mankind into the stupid
Since the metal pieces go down his to his right leg and not his other side, I’m guessing that maybe he wakes up in the middle of a surgical operation, busts some of the operating room attendance and then runs out of the hospital.
Just a guess. Is this based on a book or a graphic novel or something? I’m intrigued by the trailer and the website.
