New X-Men First Class Set Photos Online

Some less-than-revealing but interesting nonetheless set photos from X-Men First Class are online.

The image is what looks like the X-Men’s more traditional Blackbird Jet in shattered remains on a palmy white sand beach. Interestingly enough the Blackbird SR-71 was introduced in 1964, so it fits the proposed timeline the film is to take place in. It also gives us a peek into the movie magic of green screens where props are likely computer generated and filled in later.

How this will all fit in with the existing X-Men film franchise is still a little vague.

  1. That first shot looks like the beginnings of a new casino being built in Las Vegas. Crashed BlackBird looks good. They did a horrible job on the Plane’s in the first trilogy.
