Well, I’m sure no one recalls, but well over a year ago, I bellowed the nauseating reality of the ill-conceived “Fast and the Furious, wait for it, Part 3” here. You know those moments when people look at what’s left after a tornado strike? Or a horrible fire? a train wreck? The birth of one Ugly kid? They just stand there staring, slowly shaking their heads back and forth at the horror that lays before them as if to dodge the reality that’s hitting them square in the head? Well, I feel like that right now. Without the train.
How on earth sequels -to a Rob Cohen flick- are numbering any higher than zero is blowing my mind just a little bit extra.
Oh look at that, I almost forgot to mention why I’m even bringing this up in the first place. Ridicule can be so distracting. Anyhow, Comingsoon.net is reporting that Bow Wow is joining up with the cast. That zooming sound you hear is stereotypes ripping a shear of the top of the stratosphere. Lucas Black is said to be in it as well – and he’ll be coming off the freshly completed Jarhead – which will be amazing – but I’m not talking about amazing things right now.
Bow Wow is reported to have said: “After [promoting ‘Roll Bounce’] I go to Europe for a week and then …we’re over in Tokyo and Japan for three and half weeks.” Tokyo and Japan? Sigh…. G’head, by all means, buy a ticket – I’ll just look for that train wreck instead.

The first Fast and Furious was worth watching if just for Vin the second had no one in the cast to attract my attention but I will say it was no brain fun. It had some older cars instead of the new small lawnmowers that pass for street racing. I am not a big fan of Paul Walker in fact I would dislike him if he didn’t seem so harmless. A third Fast and Furious, well if I ran hollywood the guy who mentioned it would be washing cars now but I don’t run Hollywood and society just keeps going down the drain.
