The first Zathura trailer I saw about a month ago was pretty lame and had me rolling my eyes. However, just last week (when seeing Wedding Crashers I believe) they showed the new full trailer for the film. And my opinion of the project changed.
This new trailer gives you a much better idea of the story, and also treats us to some FANTASTIC visual effects. No really… some of the shots in the trailer blew my socks off! The good folks over at M&C give us this little rundown:
It is based on Chris Can Allsburg’s novel, which itself is a sequel to his Jumanji book, and continues the story as the two boys are transported through space and time to the planet Zathura where all sort of adventures await.

Jumanji rocked, I can still watch it today and be entertained. I’m not so sure that I want to see this Zanthura movie, maybe I should give it a chance.
