Ice Age 2 Teaser Trailer

Ice_Age_2_Poster.jpgI really enjoyed the original Ice Age. No, it wasn’t as good as any of the Pixar projects, but it was still high quality, funny and charming. Everything a good 3D film should be.

The teaser trailer for the upcoming Ice Age 2 is now online. I actually saw this teaser in front of Robots last week. It’s quite cute… but not as cute as the teaser for the first Ice Age.

Mark me down as “looking forward to this one”. Denis Leary, John Leguizamo and Ray Romano are all slated to return to lend their voices.

You can catch the teaser trailer here. Are you looking forward to this one?

  1. Hate to say this, but I love the squirrel, I think its the dog owner in me. All that said, I really enjoyed the first movie and I can’t wait to see what they do with the new CGI.

  2. This movie is the best thing to ever happen to us!!! WE are so totally excited for the second one….”its just up the hill” only true Ice Agians would know precisely what this means. When the second one comes out it will be the best day in the history of the world!!!We’re not gonna lie, Sid is attractive. but..”i dont like this cat he reads minds.” “Manny is a good guy – Yeah he is” “i dont know about you guys but this is the weirdest herd i have ever seen.”

  3. yeah, i couldn’t find the trailer on that page either. think it’s been pulled? :(
blue sky aren’t on the same level as pixar. they are definately technically capable, but storywise they aren’t there. it’s the fox effect.

  4. Saw the trailer today when I took the boy to see Robots … made me laugh quite hard. Too bad the non-speaking character is the best one in the first film, though … I like Leguizamo a lot and Leary’s good in the right stuff but I really don’t care for their voice work in the first. Romano suits his part perfectly but the rest are pretty bland, except for Leguizamo, who’s just annoying.

And a hearty Amen to everything John said about Blue Sky not being Pixar … in some ways Blue Sky’s the best of the lot on the technical end – their water effects in the first Ice Age are stunning and the character and production design in Robots is stellar – but they’re just not there in the story department. Robots was pleasant enough but it should have been so much more …

  5. NO!!! Why do the gods torment me?

I hated this movie so much. The dumb sloth, the stupid squirrel! *pulls hair*

I don’t know if I can take another one. *sighs*
