Damn, talk about a bad shopping experience. According to Ananova, Beckinsale was Christmas shopping with her personal assistant after the premiere of The Aviator when some thieves snatched her purse. On a personal note, I can think of several other things I’d probably grab if I were running by Kate Beckinsale… but I digress.
Then, while shopping the very next day, more thieves snatch her assistants purse. Ouch! Merry Christmas.

I feel so aweful for Kate and her assistant. This is why I hate christmas…Jesus really meant for us to spend thousands of dollars on gifts for people we hate and disregard the TRUE meaning of Christmas…and it’s not purse snatching.
Heck I’m a girl and I could think of other things too. ;-) I hope she’s having a great time now to make up for it.
