The 94-minute black and white feature follows an obsessive young director and his crew as they attempt to complete a movie over the course of one frantic night. As the production progresses, the process becomes increasingly destructive, both morally and emotionally. The filmmakers drew from their own experiences in Atlanta to craft a story that examines the fine line between artistic ambition and ego, as well as the cost of sacrifice in the creative process.

The film held its world premiere at the Atlanta Film Festival, where it played to a sold-out crowd and secured the Audience Award. Its success continued with the John Singleton Award for Best Debut Feature at the American Black Film Festival.
