Chris Pratt considering Bigelow’s “Kill Bin Laden”

I’m pretty curious about how Katheryn Bigelow will approach the movie that she landed this summer about the story about killing Osama Bin Laden. The project caught a lot of attention over the summer when the assassination occurred but it’s been pretty quiet since that time… until now.

Bigelow and her “The Hurt Locker” writer Mark Boal were developing the project, then titled “Kill Bin Laden”, when U.S. forces succeeded in killing the al-Qaeda leader…

…Earlier this year Joel Edgerton was attached but had to drop the film due to his schedule. Tom Hardy, Guy Pearce and Idris Elba have also been rumoured while Jason Clarke reportedly landed a supporting role in November.

Producers are now aiming to begin shooting in February.

Very interesting news. I have not yet had an opportunity to watch Money Ball but I heard and read favorable responses from others. This movie isn’t very high on my radar but I am somewhat interested in what Bigelow will produce with this subject.
