Coming at us in the vein of Dodgeball is “Balls of Fury“. I’m actually very excited to see this film. Anyway, just a few items here. I realized that we hadn’t posted up the new Balls of Fury trailer… and Martin sent us this new poster. To be honest… I don’t like it:
Yes yes… ha… ha… ha… it’s supposed to look like a dick. Get it? ha… ha… ha. Lame! I really prefer the old poster that they put out a few months ago:
Now here’s the new trailer that I think kicks all kinds of major ass! How amazing is Walken anyway?

The “fade to black” trailer technique must stop…represent!
Yeah, they need to eliminate that Reno 911 line from the poster. Most people don’t even know the show, so that won’t help sell tickets.
The trailer was funny, but the one thing that kinda scares me about this movie is how much they seem to be pushing the “From the Creators of Reno 911!” line. I mean yeah the show is funny but the movie sucked. Can those guys make an actually funny movie that doesn’t drag on forever and run one joke into the ground? I am very tentatively excited about this movie, but I’ll probably still see it.
Looks like a cross between Dodgeball and Nacho Libre.

That’s one of the funniest trailers of seen in a long time. Every scene in it makes me either laugh out loud, or st least giggle uncontrollably.
I hope the film delivers on the promise that the trailer offers.
