Just a little funny story I found amusing, but are Matthew Vaughn and Guy Ritchie gonna take Vinnie Jones everywhere they go to do a movie? I mean I like the guy, and I’ve said it before, thug he may be but he has on screen presence, he makes an impression and makes it well.
However, bit surprised to read a rumour over at Moviehole from Aint it Cool, that Vaughn is thinking of taking Jones over to X-Men 3!
“X-Men 3” director Vaughn is apparently in talks with Brit fave Vinnie Jones for an unspecified role in the super sequel.
Could it be possible? I think they’ve got it right when they suggest that it’s more for a baddie\guard\thug role, I couldn’t see him as an X-Man, could you?

its ok if vinnie jones will play my favorite bad guy in Marvel… THE JUGGERNAUT. but im hoping when he wear the magical helmet he will turn into a gigantic unstoppable character like the one they did in THE HULK. HULK and JUGGERNAUT are equal in strength… what a greatv match.:) it would be great for us fans of XMEN to do that kind of computer graphics to the character.
Juggernut is only a mutant in Ultimate X-men. He has some kinda cystal that gave him, his power. I can’t remember whats is called at the moment…
I think that vinnie jones colud play cabble or arch angle they are the roles i think are right for vinnie if he is in x-men 3 at all .i dont think he will play gambit cuzz gambit has a french accent and we all know vinnie cant act that good
There’s no way Jones is going to pull off Gambit. I’ve seen all of his movies and he’s just not cut out for it. His look itsn’t right.
The thing about Juggernaut is that you have to keep in mind that he’s bigger than any real life man would be. So if he’s going to be in it then it’s going to be mostly computer animated for sure.
My bet would be on Colossus, considering they make him older than in X2. It’s possible. Shadowcat got younger by about 10 years after the first movie.

I’m not a fan of Vinnie Jones, I guess it is because every part he plays is exactly the same as the previous one.
That and that bacardi ad that seems to have been playing for all eternity.
Technically, Juggernaut’s not a mutant. Cain Marko found some magical gem in Asia or someplace that made him invulnerable to all physical harm. To defeat him, you’d have to knock off his mystical helmet so that Prof X. could zap him psychically.
thats right a non stoppable mutant who is indeed professer x’s step brother and the only way to affect him is to remove his helmet and puncture his head

Colossus is already cast (assuming the actor from X2, Dan Cudmore, returns- remember Jubilee was played by two different actresses in both films)
I for one had, in other comics and movie forums, wish list’d one actor to play Juggernaut, should that character come into play.
That actor was Vinnie Jones.
Jones has the right height, build, and age for the character (the magic ring might cause a slower aging cycle; Xavier’s stepbrother would be slightly younger; although in recent years Juggernaut has been revealed as a mutant)
I’m all for Juggernaut.
I think he’d be a perfect Beast. Just imagine him with a little blue fur hanging from the sides of his face.

Really like the guy. Not the greatest actor in these days but he’s got great presence and addition to that, his charisma rating is pretty high too. But in X-Men, I don’t know. Don’t really know anything about this everybodys favorite character Gambit. But based only on photos I’ve seen, I think he could be pretty decent choise for that role.
Gambit, no way – he’s to tall. I think he will be casted as a bad guy, big thugish, and he wont talk much. Again he could make a pretty good older Colosus.
He played a bit part in The Bounce and did it straight, no bouncer tactics. I barely recognised him if it weren’t for the accent. He probably could pull it off and surprise us well. I wouldn’t put it past him.
he looks maybe like he would play gambit thats who 1st came to mind when i seen him but maybe they will have like the juggernat in this movie that would be pretty tight i guess he could play him 2 the juggernat does have a small head just his boddie is really big just make it like how they did the hulk
