Walmart Collector Con 2026 Reveals Star Wars, G.I. Joe & More

Walmart Collector Con 2026 Reveals Star Wars, G.I. Joe & Transformers Collectibles

Toy collectors know the drill. When Walmart Collector Con rolls around, wallets start sweating and display shelves suddenly look a little too empty. The 2026 edition of the online event is bringing a wave of new collectibles from Hasbro, and the lineup is built on some of the biggest nostalgia engines in pop culture: Star Wars, G.I. Joe, Transformers, and Beyblade.

Preorders for the latest figures and collectibles officially go live March 19 at 10 AM ET as part of Walmart Collector Con 2026. For longtime collectors and casual fans alike, this drop mixes modern designs with classic franchises that have been living rent-free in our brains since childhood.

A Collector Event Built for Nostalgia

Walmart Collector Con has quickly become one of the biggest online toy events for fans looking to secure exclusives and early preorders. The event typically highlights limited collectibles from brands like Hasbro, Mattel, and other major toy manufacturers.

This year, Hasbro is leaning heavily into franchises that defined generations. From Star Wars collectibles that echo the classic Kenner era to G.I. Joe figures packed with accessories, the lineup feels tailor-made for collectors who grew up playing with these characters and now proudly display them on shelves instead of bedroom floors.

In other words, the toys got older… and so did we.

Beyblade X Launches Into the Next Generation

The Beyblade X Deluxe Launcher Set is one of the more action-focused items in the lineup. Designed for ages eight and up, the set includes a launcher, custom grip, and the Bite Croc 2-60Q attack type top. The system uses the Beyblade X “X-Celerator Gear System,” which allows tops to hit extreme speeds inside compatible Beystadium arenas. When the gear engages the rail system, the top can launch into what the brand calls an “Xtreme Dash,” basically turning your friendly tabletop battle into a tiny high-speed arena fight.

It is chaotic. It is loud. And yes, it is exactly the kind of thing kids and collectors love.

G.I. Joe Returns With Tactical Firepower

The G.I. Joe Classified Series Night-Creeper (D.I.R.E. Tech) figure brings a bit of mysticism to Cobra’s roster. The stealth-focused character includes eight accessories such as knives, a crossbow, projection swords, and alternate heads. The figure leans into the lore surrounding Cobra’s experiments with D.I.R.E. technology, which allows the Night-Creepers to manifest eerie energy projections during combat.

Meanwhile, longtime fans will recognize Duke, one of the most iconic characters in the franchise. The retro cardback version pays homage to the classic packaging style that many collectors remember from the 80s toy line. The figure comes packed with gear including a helmet, binoculars, alternate hands, and weapon accessories. It is a nostalgic throwback that feels designed to sit proudly on a collector’s display shelf.

Star Wars Collectibles Celebrate the Saga

Star Wars fans are getting several additions to their collections as well. The Vintage Collection Obi-Wan Kenobi and Airborne Clone Trooper set is inspired by Revenge of the Sith and continues the classic 3.75-inch figure scale.

The packaging intentionally mirrors the original Kenner branding style, which gives the figure a nostalgic look while still delivering modern detailing.

The event will also feature Black Series mini helmets, including versions based on The Mandalorian and the classic Stormtrooper design from A New Hope. Each helmet stands around six inches tall and includes a display stand, making them ideal desk collectibles for fans who want a small piece of the galaxy far, far away on their shelves.

Transformers Adds Patriotic and Sports-Inspired Bots

Transformers collectors will see two unique additions in this year’s drop. The Star Eagle figure celebrates the upcoming 250-year anniversary of the United States and converts from robot to eagle mode in 22 steps.

Meanwhile, the Transformers Breakaway US Soccer Federation edition brings sports into the mix. The 5.5-inch figure converts from robot to soccer ball in 33 steps and includes a mini soccer ball accessory.

It is a crossover that feels unusual at first glance, but toy collectors know that oddball collaborations often become some of the most memorable pieces in a collection.

When Preorders Go Live

All of these collectibles will be available for preorder during Walmart Collector Con 2026 starting March 19 at 10 AM ET. Availability may vary, and collectors know the routine by now. When preorder windows open, things can sell out fast.

If you have your eye on one of these figures, setting an alarm is probably a good idea.

Between nostalgic packaging, franchise crossovers, and collectible-grade detailing, Walmart Collector Con 2026 looks like another major moment for toy collectors. Whether you are hunting for a new centerpiece figure or simply reliving the toys that defined your childhood, this year’s lineup has a little something for every kind of fan.
