George Clooney Joins Netflix’s Call My Agent Movie as Cast Grows

Hollywood star George Clooney announced that he will travel to Paris to film Netflix’s upcoming Call My Agent movie. He shared the news in an interview with the French newspaper Le Parisien while promoting his latest project in Los Angeles. Clooney said he will join the shoot next week and expressed excitement about working with the original French cast.

The production began filming in early October and is set to debut on Netflix in 2026. Fans of the beloved series can expect to see familiar faces return for the feature‑length reboot. Clooney’s involvement adds major star power and raises anticipation for the release.

New Guest Stars Join the Project

Alongside Clooney, reports indicate that actress Eva Longoria is in talks for a guest appearance. Longoria’s UnbeliEVAble Entertainment is already linked to a Spanish language version of the series, which suggests she may bring a fresh twist to the movie. While Netflix has not confirmed her role, the rumor has generated buzz among fans.

The original cast, including Camille Cottin, Thibault de Montalembert, Grégory Montel, Liliane Rovère, Fanny Sidney, Laure Calamy, and Nicolas Maury, will reunite for the film. Their characters will revisit the bustling Parisian talent agency ASK, where they first navigated the highs and lows of the entertainment business.

Behind the Scenes

Series creator Fanny Herrero, who wrote the first three seasons, penned the screenplay for the movie. She previously left the show before its fourth season but returned to craft the story for the big screen. Producers Dominique Besnehard, Harold Valentin, and Michel Feller are overseeing the project through Mon Voisin Productions and Mother Productions.

The show earned a reputation for featuring celebrity guest stars playing fictional versions of themselves. Past appearances include Juliette Binoche, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Isabelle Huppert, Béatrice Dalle, Jean Reno, and Sigourney Weaver. Clooney’s addition continues this tradition of star‑studded cameos.

What to Expect

Call My Agent movie will blend humor, drama, and behind‑the‑scenes insight into the talent agency world. The plot follows the original team as they regroup after a director’s sudden departure, reigniting old friendships and rivalries. Audiences can look forward to witty dialogue, Parisian scenery, and surprise guest appearances.

As Netflix prepares to release the film in 2026, excitement builds among both French and international viewers. The combination of a beloved series, a Hollywood icon, and potential new guests promises a memorable cinematic experience.
