Here is the new trailer kiddies! In this one we hear the fish for the first time as the silver surfer. Campea hates his voice, I think it is alright but think he would of been a better fit for Galactus, what do you guys think about the voice work and the trailer itself?

Fantastic Four 2 is going to be a big steamy pile. It has suck written all over it. Effects we’ve seen done ten times better in other movies. Characters that are paper thin. This movis is going to be DOA. Only hard core fans will like it. I hope this film doesn’t doom comic book movies.
I think they should of picked some random voice actor to do the Silver Surfer. I don’t want to hear the voice of “Morpheus” the whole time. When an actor plays a different role he often acts differently so it’s easier to imagine him as the character he is playing. But when it comes to voice it’s the only reference point I got.
Ten bucks says they do some dumb shit with the Surfer falling in love with Sue Storm or some shit. Ugh.
I’m not really thrilled with Fishburne voicing the Silver Surfer…when I saw this TV spot during Heroes I kind of flinched at how it didn’t seem to match. And while this movie looks like it could be better than the last the only reason I’ll make time to see it is because of my daughter.
The lip synching in this scene is out of whack because the adio and video tracks in this player are out of whack. If you look at Alba’s lips you will see that they are just as out of synch. It’s not the effects work, it’s the player.
I saw this scene during the Heroes finale and the lips were in perfect synch with voice.

Like JoJo said, WETA IS doing the effects work for the Surfer…
and they’ve done a terrific job. Dont go solely by the way it looks in these shitty internet players, because on my 51″ HD it looked fan-fucking-tastic.

It’s not the first time we’ve heard the Fish’s Surfer voice.
He spoke the line “All that you know is at an end” in the full trailer that was released a few weeks ago.
Also, I just want say that I love Fish’s Surfer voice. I think it fits the character perfectly.
yo JaySmack WETA is doing the sfx for silver surfer and CG character lip-synching.
I agree with Jason presti. I HATE to say this, but the only guys who can do CG character lip-synching right is WETA. What they did with Gollum in LOTR was incredible! Even ILM couldn’t match that.
I like Fishburne’s voice, but it’s not right because they made him go metrosexual for it. I guess they figured this way was less sinister. Wrong. If he had come out with the big guns, and gone all basso profundo on their asses THEN I’d be screaming “Why isn’t he the voice of Galactus?”
Christopher Lee or James Earl Jones (LOL, I HAD to say it!) would be my nominees for Galactus.
I’ll go even further. I Hate Fishburne’s voice as the Surfer. Also, I Hate the Surfer in the close-up talking scenes! What the Hell happened?!
The action scenes we saw in the early trailers are awesome! The surfer really looks great in the wide action scenes.
However, I think he doesn’t look that great in the close-up scenes.
His lips don’t match up to the dialogue at all and when he is next to live actors he looks completely fake and not part of the background.
Man, his gestures and mannerisms while talking don’t look natural at all either! Couldn’t they get the guys who did Golum to do the Surfer?
Look, I will see this film. From everything I have read so far I think it will be a lot better than the first one although that is not saying that much.
The action scenes look great and he looks great in them but they had better keep the Surfer’s dialogue and close-ups down to a bare minimum.
I did notice that the surfer puts his hand back to protect Alba and then absorbs the rocket.
Ditto; totally distracting for me i’m afraid.
Ya i dont like his voice as silver surfer….its a terrible match, and all i can think of is Morpheus.
I’m starting to think this one will be better than the first (pretty tough to do, eh?) but I *really* don’t like Fishburne’s voice coming out of the Silver Surfer’s mouth… just doesn’t seem to match.

“I don’t have a choice”. Those words lead me to believe that Act 3 will include the F4 team convincing the Surfer he has a choice, and then he’ll choose to unite them to defeat Storm-Cloud Galactus. Could be could. Might be crap.

Optimus has lips which i think was made specificaly for campea to kiss gay prime.
The more trailers I see the less I think it will suck like the first one.
He has the voice of an angel.
Lawrence Fishburne’s voice is fine, but Doug Jones’ voice in the first trailer was better.
